Do you know how it feels to be paralyzed by fear; buried beneath shame; and condemned by guilt?
If so, you’re in safe company.
I lived much of my life in that place.
I write and share reflections along my journey towards wholeness and abundant life as I reject fear and pursue love. I don’t expect you to agree with everything I say; but I hope that you will always leave feeling loved.

My Life Manifesto
These principles articulate how I want to live, even though I don’t always meet this standard. I share them so that you might gain a better understanding into how I approach the world.
- I listen first and value other’s stories. I grow when I see the world through other’s eyes.
- I express love even when that causes me to feel insecure. Love grounds my convictions and molds my beliefs.
- I share authentically. I am radically vulnerable about my experience, because I believe stories promote connection and bridge divides.
- I reject perfectionism. I fail often and learn from it. I am not ashamed to admit when I am wrong, and always look for ways to grow.
- I live and work with a communal orientation. I always seek to make space in my life for “the other”.
- I glorify my Creator through daily confessing my dependence upon Him and partnering with him to fulfill the purpose that he has given to me.
